RETURN / REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy on non-custom items, which means you will have 14 days from proof of carrier delivery to request a return. For custom items please refer to printing Terms & Conditions. Link to [PRINTING TERMS & CONDITIONS]

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn / unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, with instructions on how and where to drop your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and fix issue promptly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you received. Once the return item is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, or a gift card will be issued within 10 business days based on your request. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
