BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER WITH US

Please be aware of the following Terms & conditions for custom printing.

1) Quotes are valid for 15 days. After that time, you will need to contact DP for new quote.

2) We have a 12-piece minimum. Any order less than 12 pcs will require approval and added fee.

3) All artwork you provide MUST be formatted as either- VECTOR or RASTER minimum 300 dpi. If your art is not in one of these formats, or you do not provide artwork, Art charges will be applied (Standard $30, Mid Design 30min $45, Complex Design 1hr $60). By providing artwork you affirm that you have the rights to use the concept and design. If you wish to use copyrighted art, you must also provide written permission from the owner of the copyright.

4) Your turnaround time begins on the day that your job proof and invoice are both approved & paid. We will contact you in person or email to send job proof. Please check size, quantities, color, pricing, etc.

Once your order is Approve, we estimate-

STANDARD orders completed within 10 to14 business days after approval. Not counting shipping!

RUSH orders completed between 8 to 9 business days (for an additional fee of $50), before taxes)

5) If your order, artwork, full payment or 60% deposit are not finalized 10 business days before your desired due date, Rush charges will be applied. “NO EXCEPTIONS”.

6) Out of state, Email, Online, Paid by Card, Cash app, Zelle orders require to be PAID IN FULL upon approval.

7) Regular walk-in orders ONLY will require a 60% deposit upon approval of the order. This will be nonrefundable once production starts, to cover cost of labor and material. Payments excepted are Cash, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, or Credit card. (NO CHECKS). Balance due at time of pick up!

8) Customer provided merch (AT CUSTOMER OWN RISK) will only be accepted under the following conditions: Must provide at least 10% extra in each size in case of misprint. Some merch cannot be printed on and must require DP management approval. All garments must be NEW / UNUSED!

9) NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM PRINTED ITEMS. If there is misspelling, color (WILL VARY) on printed item that doesn’t match the approved job proof, we will reprint your order. - Returns must be made within 5 days of receiving. Upon the return of all items, we will reprint your order. If you don’t return items, we will not re-print.
